TERMS OF SERVICE
Article 1 (Purpose)
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are intended to define the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between K.FAIRS Co., Ltd. (the "Company") and exhibition exhibitors (the "User") in connection with the use of the Exhibition Utility Service Platform (the "Service") operated by the Company.
Article 2 (Definitions)
"Service" means the online platform through which Users may apply for
and pay for utility and ancillary services required for exhibition booth operations, including but
not limited to electricity, internet access, furniture rental, and other related services.
"User" means a corporation, organization, or sole proprietorship that has agreed to these Terms,
completed registration, and applied for utility services through the Service.
Article 3 (Registration and Restriction of Use)
The Service shall be available only to Users who have successfully
completed the registration process.
The Company reserves the right to reject an application for registration or revoke a User's
eligibility at any time if:
False, inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information has been provided
The User's exhibition participation agreement has been terminated, cancelled, or the User is
otherwise deemed ineligible to participate in the exhibition.
Article 4 (Service Orders and Payment)
The User shall pay all service fees in accordance with the payment terms
and methods designated by the Company.
Unless otherwise specified by the Company, all service fees shall be paid in full by the applicable
payment deadline.
Value Added Tax (VAT): The User shall pay VAT at the rate of ten percent (10%) in addition to the
service fees specified in the quotation, invoice, or other billing documents issued by the Company,
unless a zero-rated VAT treatment applies pursuant to applicable laws and regulations.
Article 5 (Cancellation and Refund Policy)
A User may cancel an application for utility or ancillary services
before the applicable application deadline. If payment has already been made, any eligible refund
shall be processed within one (1) month after the conclusion of the exhibition. Once the application
deadline has passed and orders have been placed with the relevant service providers or suppliers,
cancellations and refunds shall not be permitted.
No refund shall be provided where the exhibition is terminated, cancelled, postponed, suspended, or
otherwise affected due to circumstances beyond the Company's reasonable control or for reasons not
attributable to the Company's negligence or willful misconduct, including but not limited to the
force majeure events described in Article 6.
Article 6 (Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure)
The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, cost, expense, or
claim incurred by the User arising from causes beyond the reasonable control of the Company.
Such causes include, without limitation, fire, natural disasters, floods, epidemics, pandemics,
infectious diseases (including COVID-19), earthquakes, explosions, severe weather conditions,
government actions, military actions, riots, terrorism, strikes, labor disputes
Unavailability of essential facilities, transportation disruptions, and inability to procure
equipment, materials, or services
The Company reserves the right to postpone, reschedule, modify, relocate, or otherwise adjust the
exhibition as reasonably necessary and shall not be liable for any resulting loss or damage suffered
by the User.
Article 7 (Amendments)
These Terms and any service agreement entered into pursuant hereto may be amended only by a written instrument issued or approved by the Company in the form designated by the Company.
Article 8 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the
laws of the Republic of Korea.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be
finally resolved by arbitration administered by the Korean Commercial Arbitration Board (KCAB) in
Seoul, Republic of Korea, in accordance with its applicable arbitration rules. The arbitral award
shall be final and binding upon the parties.
